Method
- Cook the pasta following the instructions of the package. Once cooked, drain, and set aside.
- Cut the tomatoes in half and the cheese in medium size cubes.
- In a big bowl, add the chicken, cooked pasta, pesto, cheese, and tomatoes. Mix all together.
- Rip some basil leaves apart to decorate and serve immediately or chill in the fridge.

- 250g of fresh mozzarella
- 25 g of fresh basil
