Method
- Slice the frying steak into strips
- Fry the meat for 2 - 4 minutes
- Bring sauce pan of water to the boil, turn off the heat
- Add the noodles to water for 2 minutes then strain the noodles
- Add the soy, garlic, ginger and chilli to the frying pan and continue to cook
- Toss in thinly sliced peppers, cook for further 4 minutes and add noodles
- Remove from heat and drizzle with sesame oil
- Garnish with spring onions, sesame seeds and fresh chilli

- Frying Steak 300g
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Fresh Chilli to taste
- Soy Sauce 20 ml
- Sesame Oil 10ml
- Fresh Knob Ginger 10g
- 150g Egg Noodles
- 1 Spring Onion
- Sliced peppers 250g
- Sesame seeds to garnish
